Do you offer care instructions for your bracelets/products?
To ensure proper care of your natural gemstone bracelet, please remember to remove your jewelry before swimming, workouts, bathing, doing household chores, or using abrasive cleaners. NO WATER or anything similar near your precious jewels if you can avoid it. Also, be sure to remove jewelry before engaging in any indoor/outdoor sports. Apply products such as perfume, hairspray, lotion, petroleum jelly, or oils before wearing your jewelry as certain chemicals in these products may damage the stones. Remove all bracelets before bed. Unless otherwise noted, all bracelets are made of strong elastic cord that can pop if overstretched or abused. Please remember to put on and remove each bracelet separately to avoid any mishaps.
Do you offer custom options for your bracelets?
Absolutely, if you have a custom design request, please email us at the address listed above and add "Custom Request" in the subject line. Please be sure to add as much detail as possible. Include bead color, preferred charm, and sizing information. You are welcomed to send a pic if possible. You will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours to discuss final details of your design. Depending on availability, custom pieces may take anywhere from 7 to 14 business days. Sales on custom pieces are final.
What sizes are available for your bracelets?
Dream Jewelry's bracelets are designed to fit the average size wrist. In most cases it means 7"-7.5” in diameter as a general rule. Additional options are:
Small Wrist: 6" to 6.75"
Average Wrist: 7" to 7.75"
Large Wrist: 8" to 8.75"
What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can pay via Paypal or give your credit card information over the phone. We also accept cash or money order. No personal checks accepted without prior approval.
Can I return my product if I am not satisfied?
It is our mission to produce a quality product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do offer exchange only within 10 days of purchase if the product is not worn or damaged.
Shipping & Returns
If your item is not in stock, you will be notified within 24 to 48 hours. All orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days and you will receive tracking information via email to track your package. All packages are sent via USPS priority mail for a Flat rate of $5.15.
When confirming shipping address, please make sure you provide correct information, Dream Jewelry is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address. You have the option to add insurance for your purchase for an additional fee. Rates vary for insurance.
You may receive store credit or exchange only for returns within 10 days of purchase.
